We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our healthcare team in Colombia.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients through friendly, professional, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Your main duties will involve managing various aspects of the patient journey, including appointment scheduling, ensuring the completion of pre- and post-appointment checklists, and resolving patient concerns via phone, email, or chat.
You will play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience while working in a collaborative and rapidly growing company.

** You must be located in Bogotá, Colombia and speak fluent English (B2+) ** Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to patients in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
Effectively respond to patient inquiries by providing education, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, or canceling them as necessary via phone, email, or chat.
Collect and maintain accurate records of customer information using electronic health records (EHR) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Address and resolve patient complaints promptly, ensuring first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling.
Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Foster a caring, courteous, professional, and competent image to patients, enhancing the reputation of the company.
Communicate via email or phone for additional review of patient disputes.
Requirements2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Ability to build rapport with patients and communicate effectively with empathy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle patient issues with care and professionalism.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Availability to complete the first two months of full-time, in-office training.
After the training period, the role will transition to a hybrid mode, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
Flexibility to work a schedule that may vary due to client needs, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 8 PM EST.Life insurance.
