Job Description YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer inquiries and provide support regarding products and services. Coordinate with international trade teams for export and import duties. Utilize SAP tools for Sales & Distribution and Material Management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. YOUR PROFILE Education: University degree in business administration or relevant field of education. Experience: Senior level with more than 5 years in customer service roles including international trade (exports and imports duties). Tools: SAP Knowledge (SD - Sales & Distribution, MM – Material Management, CRM modules). Office package advanced skills. Multitask abilities and results oriented.
