Customer Service Representative - Staffing Industry (Zr_17199_Job)

Job Description This is a remote position.
Working Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30pm PST (11:30 PM to 7:30 AM PHT)  with 1 hour paid lunch (8 hours) Position Customer Service Representative Roles and Responsibilities : may  include but not limited to: Engaging with our Consultants Customer service follow up calls, consultant feedback and escalate issues internally Onboarding and Offboarding Following up on Contract extensions and ensuring signed contracts are returned Post open IT roles using our CRM to post to LinkedIn, Corp Website, etc.
