Customer Service Representative (Scheduler, Onsite)

VIP Medical Group , one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management, is looking for Scheduling Coordinators to join our team! We specialize in pain management and vascular procedures. Our main goal is to always provide the best level of care and compassion to individuals who are being treated. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. What You'll Do Answer incoming new patient scheduling phone calls, verify insurance, and schedule on provider schedules. Obtain notes and imaging for New Patients to add to patient charts from previous treating providers, prior to the scheduled appointment. Monitor incoming faxes daily to upload patient documents to charts and send daily reports of what has been uploaded. Manage "fast-track" patient referrals…those referred by providers for specific procedures. Ensure that referring provider has sent notes for medical necessity for us to complete pre-cert/prior authorization for the procedure. Check insurance benefits and eligibility. What You'll Bring To The Team Proven work experience as CSR, support agent, or similar roles. Hands-on experience with CRM software & Google Suite (GSheets in particular). Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with a high level of dedication and a goal-driven attitude. Ability to work under deadlines. Advanced to native proficiency in English (written, spoken, comprehension).
