Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. What You'll Bring: Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced level is required). At least 6 - 12 months of experience in customer service. Prior experience in healthcare is a big plus! A high school diploma is required; any health-related certifications are a plus. A passion for health and wellness. You love helping others achieve their health goals! Excellent communication skills. You are a people person, listen well, explain things well, and troubleshoot problems easily.
