The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, upsell products and services, and reroute calls to the appropriate departments. This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle rejection.Key Responsibilities:1. Inbound and Outbound Call Management: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to discuss products and services. - Call outbound to clients seeking more information on their home loans, such as cash-out, debt consolidation, etc.2. Upselling: - Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients during interactions. - Clearly communicate the benefits of additional services and products to customers.3. Rerouting Calls: - Efficiently reroute calls to the correct departments based on customer needs. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of department functions to ensure accurate call redirection.4.
