What You'll Do: Become an expert on our services to inform potential patients and assist them in navigating our platform. Support patients from start to finish on their journey with us through various communication channels. Collaborate closely with the management and clinical team to deliver seamless care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. What You'll Bring: Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced level is required). At least 6 - 12 months of experience in customer service. Prior experience in healthcare is a big plus! A high school diploma is required; any health-related certifications are a plus. A passion for health and wellness. You love helping others achieve their health goals! Excellent communication skills. You are a people person, listen well, explain things well, and troubleshoot problems easily.
