Job Description YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures MANN+HUMMEL COLOMBIA delivers first class service by taking ownership of the order to delivery process. Manages orders processing duties for North of South America, Central America & Caribbean Customers. Regular orders follow up with manufacturing sites and provide feedback to customers. Provides commercial advice to our customers, anticipating customer requirements and/or responding to their requests or claims with the aim of strengthening business relationships. YOUR PROFILE Education: University degree in business administration or relevant field of education. Experience: Senior level with more than 5 years in customer service roles including international trade (exports and imports duties). Tools: SAP Knowledge (SD - Sales & Distribution, MM – Material Management, CRM modules). Office package advanced skills. Multitask abilities and results oriented.
