Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Latam Location:  Remote (EST Timezone) Work Schedule:  Tuesday - Sunday Tuesday - Friday: 3:30 pm - 10 pm Saturday & Sunday: 7 am - 1:30 pm Off Mondays 6.5 HR Shifts X 6 days a week = 39 hrs a week.
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by booking service appointments and handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
This position requires a team player who values innovation and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities: Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Deliver call scripts with clarity, persuasiveness, and authenticity.
Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand positively.
Establish and maintain customer rapport to encourage repeat business.
Participate in training sessions to enhance booking techniques and outbound calling skills.
Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
Qualifications: Proven track record in customer service.
IT competent, with proficiency in phone systems.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Competitive spirit with a focus on team success.
Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude towards work.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with ServiceTitan, Slack, Dialpad, and Google Suite.
