Location Preferable to Chennai candidates (No Remote Work) Job Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to run in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. To provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals. To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Objective of the role Experience of handling customers over verbal and non-verbal. Facilitate smoother relationship between customer and business. Metrics Driven: Should be able to monitor and provide various metrics to management and ensure everything is going fine. Should be able to get into detail as and when required.
