Location: On-site at our Connecta facilityIndefinite Term ContractSalary:Training: COP 3,571,000Operations: COP 3,571,000Work Schedule:Training and operations: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pmWeekends off42 hours per weekResponsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service by assisting propertyowners with inquiries about their listings, claims, and related matters.Educate partners on product usage to help them maximize the potential of their property listings.Address and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Requirements:Proficiency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level.A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.High school diploma (must present physical diploma or certificate of achievement).Benefits:Competitive salary during both training and operations phases.Performance-based bonus for meeting metrics.Fixed schedule with weekends off.Opportunity to work with a multinational team.Career growth and development within the organization.Work Experience:Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.Why Join Us?
