Customer Service Expert (German C1 and English B2) Location: On-site at our Connecta facility


Indefinite Term Contract


Salary:


Training: COP 3,571,000


Operations: COP 3,571,000


Work Schedule:


Training and operations: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

Weekends off

42 hours per week



Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting property owners with inquiries about their listings, claims, and related matters. Educate partners on product usage to help them maximize the potential of their property listings. Address and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proficiency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. High school diploma (must present physical diploma or certificate of achievement). Benefits: Competitive salary during both training and operations phases.
