You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes while delivering outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities Manage data entry with precision, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Develop and maintain efficient filing systems to ensure easy access to critical information Spearhead compliance-related tasks, ensuring all documentation meets healthcare industry standards Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries with patience and professionalism Track and organize important information and referrals to support business growth Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations Requirements Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Proven experience in file management and organizational systems Basic understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, with a willingness to learn more Excellent customer service skills, including patience and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in office software and management tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in healthcare administration is a plus Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_17284_JOB
