The function of the Sportsbook Customer Risk Analyst is to ensure that the sportsbook customer base is optimized for maximum profitability in order to stimulate growth in the business. This is achieved through a suitable time efficient segmentation of sportsbook customers. What you'll be doing Identify anomalies and emerging trends through customer activity and addressing them to the responsible team. Comprehensive analysis of Sportsbook reports with a keen focus on Customer behaviours. Manage Sportsbook Customers and with an analytical approach, you ensure an optimised customer setting. Mitigating risks from an AML perspective, Integrity matches and questionable customers. Active involvement in new strategies, and tools to optimize the customer management process. Handle queries and requests related to customers limits and classifications. What we're looking for An excellent understanding of Sportsbook betting and principles. The risk Team covers different shifts, morning, evenings, Monday to Sunday and public holidays. Determined and adaptable attitude with a strong passion for the sports betting industry. Striving to be better than yesterday. Always willing to learn. Strong Team Spirit. We work as one single unit. Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills, whilst maintaining quality and accuracy. 3-years' experience in a sportsbook environment. Like any other Sportsbook Trading role, our schedule revolves around the worldwide sporting schedule, therefore includes nightshifts, weekends, public holidays. Fluent in English and good communicational skills. Applicant must be willing to relocate to Colombia. Good to have University degree, preferably in an analytical field. Manual trading experience in any of these sports: US Sports, Ice-Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, eSports. Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Microsoft Excel.
