This role is located in Bogotá, Colombia.A Taste of What Youll Be DoingGo-To-Market Strategy: Develop a Strategic Go-to-Market Plan for Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and market conditions.Standardized Picture of Success: Implement the 5Ps framework (Portfolio, Price, Placement, Promotion, POP Material) across all target countries to ensure consistency and effectiveness.Execution at the Point of Sale (POS): Identify best practices and optimize merchandising strategies to increase visibility and drive sales.Efficient Collaboration: Foster collaboration between Category and Sales teams to streamline processes and improve communication, ensuring a unified approach to market execution.Key Trade and Shopper Programs: Define and manage key programs that drive sell-out while overseeing the Commercial Calendar to ensure effective execution through distributors.Were Looking for Someone WithPreferably graduated in Administration or Marketing/Publicity.
