Youll be at the heart of key initiatives, focusing on Channel Strategy, Category Management, and Shopper Marketing. Together, well drive shopper conversions and strengthen brand loyalty.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Go-To-Market Strategy : Develop a Strategic Go-to-Market Plan for Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay,
ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and market conditions.
- Standardized Picture of Success : Implement the 5Ps framework (Portfolio, Price, Placement, Promotion, POP Material) across all target countries to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Execution at the Point of Sale (POS) : Identify best practices and optimize merchandising strategies to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Efficient Collaboration : Foster collaboration between Category and Sales teams to streamline processes and improve communication, ensuring a unified approach to market execution.
- Key Trade and Shopper Programs : Define and manage key programs that drive sell-out while overseeing the Commercial Calendar to ensure effective execution through distributors.
Were Looking for Someone With
- Preferably graduated in Administration or Marketing / Publicity.
- Advanced English required.
- MBA can be a difference.
- Experienced in Customer Marketing and Sales.
- Required advanced Excel skills.
- 6 years of experience in commercial areas.
