Reporting to the Station Manager and Senior Duty Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for:
The day-to-day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at the airportLeading the customer-facing teams at the airport to deliver excellent customer serviceOn-time performance and management of our safety-first cultureWorking on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.
