Embracing lead and customer engagement. Addressing leads from the website, calls, and emails. Answering questions about policies, processes, and organizational attributes. Managing sales workflow and converting leads. Engaging with sales and potential leads. Filling leads with teachers. Performing routine follow-up calls/emails and outreach. Mastering complex customer scheduling and concierge management with efficiency. Inputting and updating calendars. Executing various tasks and managing systematic nuances. Running day-to-day operations to ensure clients and teachers have everything they need. Getting to know and utilizing CRM systems effectively. Grooming data and updating systems and workflows. Managing accounts receivable. Invoicing (weekly, monthly, semesterly). Providing exceptional interpersonal relations with clients. Solving complex scheduling issues. Engaging in creative problem-solving and relationship management. Involving in marketing activities, such as lead generation. Assisting in other areas of operations, including marketing efforts, blog management, and community partnership outreach. Learning marketing techniques, email campaign software, and content development best practices. Demonstrated ability to drive and implement processes and procedures through diversified organizations. Significant experience in customer service preferred. Experience with or appreciation for music lessons is strongly preferred (but not a deal-breaker). Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with CRM (Zoho is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Plus: Experience with logistics.
