As a Customer Care Support, you will support different customers and patients related to the heath field.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Provide compassionate and professional support to clients.
Respond to client inquiries via high-volume calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Act as a liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring needs are met with kindness and assertiveness.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily, maintaining attention to detail.
Accurately input data and manage records effectively Utilize and navigate multiple software programs to maintain efficient operations.
Assist with insurance billing and other alternative tasks as needed.

Minimum requirements: Studies: High School Degree.
Experience: at least 1 year of experience in customer service, health services experience would be a plus.
Bonus: Experience managing websites, marketing background, experience with Canva and social media management, any type of IT or technical background that could assist the client.
Language: Advanced English skills, C1 level preferred Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
