Job Description Embark on an exciting journey as an Admin Assistant in a fast-paced car leasing brokerage. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional phone and email supportManage and respond to customer emails, with a focus on addressing finance-related questions promptly and accuratelyHandle the distribution and collection of finance documents, ensuring smooth communication between customers and dealersKeep customers informed with bi-weekly delivery status updates, maintaining a high level of engagement and satisfactionAssist with pricing calculations and commission determinations, showcasing your mathematical prowessMaintain and update the company's CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-dateCollaborate closely with the business owner to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiencyRequirements Strong mathematical skills with the ability to quickly and accurately perform pricing and commission calculationsProficiency in CRM systems and a demonstrated aptitude for learning new software quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and conciselyProven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentMeticulous attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document handlingExperience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiencesAbility to work part-time, 20 hours per week, from 1 PM to 5 PM BST, Monday to FridayComfortable working remotely and reporting directly to the business ownerStrong sense of confidentiality when handling financial information and customer dataEnthusiasm for the automotive industry and willingness to learn about car leasing processes
