The Ask GS Experience Center Global Director will be responsible for supervising and managing the operations of the Regional Experience Center teams located in Manila, Prague, and Bogota. This role requires a strategic, innovative and digital-first mentality, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The AskGS Experience Center Director will serve as a key point of contact for the Global Functional Delivery Teams and initiate reviews, collaboration for alignment of priorities, goals and plans that support continuous improvement for driving operationally excellent results at Johnson & Johnson Global Services.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Development: Attract, develop, and retain a diverse and competent team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement aligned with organizational values.
Team Leadership and Supervision: Provide strategic direction and coaching to managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with Global Services priorities.
Operational Excellence: Drive operational effectiveness through the optimization of processes, resource allocation, and the establishment of service level agreements to measure team performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal partners to align strategies, enhance customer experience, and ensure smooth operations through effective communication and engagement.
Strategic Planning: Lead the planning and execution of critical initiatives for the Ask GS Experience Center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
External Relations and Benchmarking: Maintain relationships and conduct benchmarking to adapt to the changing environment and promote feedback-driven improvements within the team.
