Position Overview: The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the data structures and processes that support revenue operations for a software business.
This role involves building and maintaining a master lead list, managing lead distribution, creating data insights, and ensuring accurate data synchronization across systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in CRM management, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Expand, maintain, and continuously enrich a master lead list.
Manage lead distribution across marketing and sales teams.
Develop data structures and processes to provide insights into key metrics for leadership and individual contributors.
Accurately calculate monthly commissions.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support revenue operations.
Ensure accurate data synchronization across multiple systems, including CRM and product data integration.
Troubleshoot issues with revenue-related systems and software tools.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in CRM management, particularly with tools like HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot CRM, and experience in supporting sales teams.
Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Zapier, and familiarity with platforms like Clay, Hightouch, and Webflow (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience supporting outbound teams (cold calling and cold emailing).
Familiarity with SQL and basic programming or low-code platforms.
Previous experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
