Responsibilities :
- Work with Senior Sales Management to understand short- and long-term strategic requirements and to assist with the creation of tools, process and campaigns to support the achievement of corporate targets
- Develop & maintain a revision-controlled sales process to ensure all sales staff and associated departments are using the latest instructions on how to run and manage their leads.
- Be a process leader in the Sales Software Development and maintenance teams. This would include, but not limited to Geomapping, Configure, CRM, Pricing tool, proposal templates and pipeline tools
- Understanding, developing and publishing sales measurement reports. Working with IT and other department heads to gather the necessary information for report creation, moving towards an automated dashboard report output.
- Develop and maintain a sales training matrix to ensure all sales personnel training records are maintained and training opportunities are identified.
- Support Regional Sales Management with the creation and deployment of onboarding and training programs for new Sales professionals.
- Develop and nurture a culture of customer service, trust, continuous improvement, safety, reliability, quality,
accountability and discipline with your inside and outside customers
- Serve as the customer service rep for any CRM-related inquiries.
Requirements
- 3+ years Sales Management / Sales Process experience
- Proven experience in development of sales process & procedures
- A leader in change management, demonstrate strong aptitude to proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in building the foundational elements in sales management tools
- Strong understanding of CRM (HubSpot), design software and sales metric dashboards
