Credit Supervisor - Invoice to CashThis position is responsible for influencing business decisions to meet or exceed financial commitments in the business and strategic plans related to the Invoice-to-Cash Process, specifically focused on Credit & Risk Management, while also supporting Accounts Receivables Management, Portfolio Efficiency, Reserves, Reports and Controls Accountability, DSO and Past Due Reduction with a focus on Sales-to-Cash process improvements and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Invoice-to-Cash front in Credit & Risk Management for different sectors, lifting process to achieve high standards of results, controls, and compliance.Streamline Credit Analysis, Financial Evaluations, and KPIs focused on credit risk assessment to foster a healthy portfolio.Serve as a Business Partner to different sectors focusing on Credit & Risk mitigation alongside Cash Flow generation and I2C KPIs improvement.Partner with different internal Sales-to-Cash stakeholders to anticipate P&L impacts and achieve high standards on Credit recommendations.Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders when appropriate.Analyze company actual performance vs. business plan, including Credit and Risk recommendations, owning Controls and Procedures related to SOX.Develop policies and procedures to meet finance group objectives, focusing on Sales-to-Cash routines.Perform and support the financial closings.Deliver and analyze reporting, KPIs, and operational follow-up.Understand the end-to-end perspective of the Credit and Collections processes preventing any impact due to customer special contracts or conditions.Identify operational risks that could impact the process.Support I2C area Budget controlling, with accountability.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.Coordinate sub-team efforts for various sub-process focus areas on multiple projects.Provide Regional SME knowledge on I2C processes, local considerations partnering and supporting Regional I2C Leadership.Lead monthly business reviews with Sr. Leaders driving appropriate action plans.Support process standardization execution within region leads to maximize efficiency and outcomes of deployments.Support process standardization efforts within region leads & manage metrics/value realization tracking.Participate in process, documentation, and DTP/WI reviews to ensure impact for GS inclusive of training and change & comms strategies.Facilitate execution timelines aligned with Global Finance roadmap.Support Lead regional ITC organization aiming for sound support and partnering to BU by active credit risk monitoring and management.Partner with GPO organization, searching for further productivity and efficiencies.Support talent strategy at Regional hub.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and above - Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.Desired Finance and/or I2C operation experience across all processes with a good track record.Accounting, Audit, Projects, or FP&A experience would be a plus.Strong communication and interconnection skills in English.Enterprise mindset and problem-solving capability.Good relationship-building skills to work with actors and stakeholders located inside and outside of Colombia or other LATAM countries.Effective teamwork and ability to influence various levels of the organization.Decision-making and problem-solving skills.Leadership and influencer skills.Detail-oriented and results-driven.Effective and assertive written and oral communication skills.Customer service orientation.A tolerant and resilient way of working.Continuous improvement and innovation, embracing new ways of working.Understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
