This position will be based in our Office in Colombia in a full in person work model. We are looking for local Talent! The Role: The Credit Portfolio Manager will be responsible for leading identification, origination, structuring, and execution of credit investment opportunities in the Colombian market, for both locally and regionally focused strategies investing in credit, taking a leadership role in the portfolio management of the local credit strategies focused on Colombian credit. Main responsibilities: Investment Expertise: Origination, structuring and execution of investment opportunities identified in Colombian market. Lead portfolio management responsibility of Colombian credit focused strategies leveraging on Patria's credit platform, tailored and adapted to local market conditions and investor needs. Strategic & Corporate Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the local credit platform, aligning it with organizational goals and local market opportunities, worked in close coordination with the Sales team. Fundraising: Work in close coordination with PAM's commercial team, identifying possible new credit product/solutions opportunities. Operational and Team Development: Lead the design and implementation of operational processes and systems to support an efficient fund management domestic platform, with a flawless investment execution. Main requirements: Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in credit/investment banking (ECM, project finance, M&A), with significant experience in origination, structuring and managing credit portfolios. Expertise in credit origination, structuring, investment analysis and portfolio management. Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. Strong presentation skills for presenting investment cases in front of Patria's credit investment committee. Proven ability to invest/structure & execute credit transactions under a complex regulatory framework, and volatile market environment. Excellent communication, hefty network, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Languages: Native in Spanish, fluent in English, proficient in Portuguese.
