We are Givaudan. Human by nature. Creative Fragrance Manager, your future position? As part of our Fragrance Division, you will guide perfumers in the fragrance development process. As an olfactory development expert, understanding the existing fragrance portfolio will be essential, in addition to analyzing current olfactory styles, forecasting future trends and assessing consumer preferences. You'll report to the Category Director Personal Care LATAM, and will be based in Bogota, Colombia; and will work four days onsite and one from home a week. In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be: Fragrance Development Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category and guide Perfumery teams accordingly Manage multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines Collaborate with other regional creative centres to complete project assignments Define fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Market Insight (CMI) Translate Consumer Market Insight (CMI) results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers Participate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development Develop new fragrances with Perfumers proactively Work with lab on testing product stability Understand the Best Practices and efficiency improvement opportunities Industry & Marketing Anticipate market tastes; work with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation Write olfactory summaries of a region/market and customer for knowledge-building and sharing Conduct customer presentations/interactions Demonstrate track records of new wins You Are you someone with a strong analytical mind and a nose for success? Your professional profile includes: At least 7 years' experience in the main functions of the role within the Fragrance industry University degree in a related field Deep knowledge of perfumer's themes and product categories Able to interpret client requirements and align these with creative processes Manage multiple evaluation projects, and respect deadlines among different teams Fluency in English (90%) At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
