Amplo Kaya is seeking a Country Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding Amplo Kaya's impact in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities Project Supervision and Team Development: Manage investment banking and impact investment projects.
Ensure client satisfaction and meet impact-driven objectives.
Foster professional growth within the local team and maintain a high-performance environment.
Client Relations and Business Development: Build and maintain strategic relations with key clients and partners.
Identify and lead new market opportunities for innovative projects.
Create value propositions that drive sustainable business growth.
Methodology Coordination and Strategic Representation: Consolidate and lead improvements in organizational methodologies.
Represent Amplo Kaya at relevant sector events and forums.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure operational excellence.
Profile Requirements Education: Degree in Finance, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
Postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA, or Sustainability Management.
(Preferred) Experience: Over 7 years leading investment banking processes, fund management, mergers and acquisitions, or financial planning.
Desirable Certifications: CFA, FMVA, PMI-PMP.
Technical Skills: Fundraising strategies and relationship building with key investors.
Project management using agile methodologies.
Strategic communication and storytelling.
Market analysis and value creation.
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
