Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Country Head to lead and drive our Latin America (LATAM) operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, ideally as a Country Head, and is familiar with the regional market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset to drive market penetration, sales growth, and operational excellence across LATAM. Key Responsibilities: Brand and Market Development: Develop and execute strategies for local market penetration and brand establishment for Group brands across LATAM. Establish commercial strategies, including route-to-market planning. Oversee and innovate channel management, including modern, wholesale, and industrial channels. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead an effective overseas team, with a focus on coaching and empowering team members to excel. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that supports integral team development. Provide continuous coaching and development for the team to ensure alignment with global goals. Sales and Operational Management: Oversee regional sales performance, identifying growth opportunities and driving effective sales strategies. Lead commercial and administrative management efforts, ensuring smooth, profitable, and efficient operations. Customer Engagement and Trust Building: Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and partners. Leverage psychology of customer engagement to create meaningful connections and ensure customer satisfaction. Present information concisely, ensuring clarity and impact in all communications. Strategic Negotiation and Decision-Making: Drive persuasive negotiations, achieving win-win outcomes that enhance customer and brand relationships.
