Collaborate with internal teams and manage client relationships effectively. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to a U.S. State Bar in good standing; admission to the Bar in your office's jurisdiction is preferred (or expected shortly after hire). Preferred Experience: Mergers & Acquisitions: Including auctions, carve-out transactions, and international business deals.
