These strategies will target current and potential employees, media, and institutions, ensuring we are perceived as a well-regarded supplier and an employer of choice. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective press and PR strategies for different audiences in the US and Latin America. Devise and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Organize and coordinate internal events, workshops, and team-building activities. Create and manage content for internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication channels. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals. Assist in the planning and execution of corporate initiatives and programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications and events, providing recommendations for improvement. Requirements Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal). Proven experience in corporate communication or internal marketing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.
