You must also be friendly, efficient, and possess strong people skills to handle client interactions with professionalism and care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong spoken and written English Proficiency (C1+) Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the real estate sector.
? Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment objectives.
? Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
? Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
? Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, account management, or a related role.
? Strong understanding of the Real Estate market and investment strategies.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
