Compensation: USD 1.75K/month. Location: Remote (for Honduras, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Mexico residents). What makes you a strong candidate: You have +3 years of experience in account management and real estate sales. You are proficient in business development, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), cold calling, and pipeline management. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the real estate sector. Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and sales as well as real estate experience. Exceptional organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively while thriving in a fast-paced culture without losing focus. You must also be friendly and efficient and possess strong people skills to handle client interactions with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have a strong spoken and written English proficiency (C1+). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, account management, or a related role. Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment strategies.
