Coordinator Operations Costa Uy

1.
Confirm the inventory of materials required by the customer PO 2.
Validate each Purchase Order in system, to follow up with supplier in account transfer in Costa Uruguay.
3.
Coordinate with the Costa Distribution Center to prepare the order for timely delivery of the requested product.
4.
Coordinate, ensure and follow up with logistics operator for timely delivery of merchandise.
5.
Provide periodic information on inventory to stakeholders, stock movement and aging of stock.
6.
Preparation of monthly reports and presentations and statistics for management.
7.
Point of contact with sales force and customers.
8.
Generate sales tracking reports to develop sales strategies.
9.
Communicate all shipment requirements to the operator Logistics according to customer requirements.
10.
Communicate special order requirements to Costa UY logistics operator, 11.
Upload orders into GP, Uruware and Costa Oriental.
12.
Post invoice in GP.
13.
Maximize the service level at the retailers, through constant review of the POs vs inventory and product arrivals.
14.
Develop the calendar to ensure the product distribution each month.
15. Review the credit limits for each retailer with the financial team Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales administrator, logistics operations and planning • Able to multitask, prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to adjust to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer skills required on PC based software – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with Great Plains software is an asset.
• Represent the Company with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times even while under pressure.
