We are looking for a talented SERVICE COORDINATOR to join our team in CARTAGENA - COLOMBIA .
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
Manages service logistics, including the use of materials, equipment and employees, ensuring safe, quality and efficient operations.
Supervises Service Technicians; coordinates and schedules Technician work schedules; communicates repair plans to Technicians in line with customer budgets; monitors Technician productivity and quality of repairs.
Provides first level support to Service Technicians requiring assistance; escalates technical support needs for resolution when necessary.
Monitors objectives, branch goals and maintains Profitability; measures, reviews and maintains superior levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolves customer concerns related to Cummins or distributor warranties; develops strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication.
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Industrial).
Technical knowledge
Experience in HSEQ management
Experience in actions to sustain a profitable service operation
