As a Controllership Accounts Payable Senior Analyst, you're expected to: Manage accounting, conciliation, end-to-end processes and controls for accounts payable. Check the global needs in Account Payable geos. Manage teams across other geos. Globalize the Account Payable process across geos. Review invoices, upload information in SAP, and ensure account payable procedures for payments (Colombia + Off Shore), including suppliers, payroll, taxes, corporate credit card, etc. Review and verify retentions and taxes regarding accounts payable. Automate manual processes in AP. Oversee reimbursement processes, Concur travel support, and payment of client devolutions. Prepare monthly reconciliation, controls, and closing of the ledger accounts assigned to Accounts Payable. Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits. Support SAP 4 HANA Implementation phases III and IV and improvements. We are looking for a Controllership Accounts Payable Analyst who has: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing accounts payable areas and proven experience in internal controls, conciliations, constructing financial controls, and accounting closing. Previous experience in Shared Service Centers, and proven experience in SAP 4 HANA. Advanced English level. Experience in Financial Institutions. Successful experience working with IFRS. Experience reporting to global teams. Experience in process automation (non-mandatory), Excel, Power BI, SQL Basics. Data analytics skills and knowledge. The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
