As a Controllership Accounts Payable Senior Analyst, you're expected to: Accounting, conciliation, end to end process and controls for accounts payable Check the global needs in Account Payable geos Manage teams of other geos Globalization of Account Payable process across geos Invoices review, upload information in SAP and account payable procedure to allow payment (Colombia + Off Shore), suppliers, payroll, taxes, corporate credit card etc. Review and verification of retentions and taxes regarding the accounts payable. Automatization of manual processes in AP. Reimbursement process, Concur travel support and payment, process and payment of client devolutions Prepare monthly reconciliation, controls and closing of the ledger accounts assigned to Accounts Payable. Preparation of supporting documentation for internal and external audits. Support SAP 4 hanna Implementation of phase III and IV and the improvements We are looking for a Controllership Accounts Payable Analyst who has: Bachelor of Accounting Degree, minimum 7 years of experience managing accounts payable areas and proven experience in internal controls, conciliations, constructing financial controls, and accounting closing among others Previous experience in Shared Service Centers, and proven experience in SAP, 4 Hanna.
