Your Career Blueprint We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team.
The Controller is accountable for the comprehensive management of our accounting operations, including producing periodic financial reports, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, and establishing controls and budgets to mitigate risk.
This role is vital in enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Employment type: Indefinite term contract Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Work setup: Onsite, Bogota/Medellin Responsibilities: What You'll Master Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of financial statements.
Maintain the company's chart of accounts.
Assist in setting financial benchmarks and managing the production of annual budgets.
Provide financial analysis for pricing decisions and capital investments.
Revise and/or formulate policies, promoting their implementation to ensure adherence to documented accounting principles and procedures.
Develop, supervise, and execute strategic organizational goals.
