We are looking for a customer-focused self-motivated Contracts Manager for Airport Tower, Advanced Air Mobility, and Maritime who actively supports Client's customers. The Contracts Manager is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations, managing contractual risks, resolving disputes, and maintaining detailed records of all contract-related documents, effectively communicating with stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle to mitigate potential issues and optimize business agreements. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Develop, review, and negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and other parties to ensure fair and beneficial agreements for the company. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts, implementing strategies to mitigate those risks. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Contract Administration: Monitor contract performance, track key milestones, and manage contract amendments and renewals. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with legal teams, procurement departments, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to manage contract processes. Data Analysis: Analyze contract data to identify trends, improve contract strategies, and inform decision-making. Contract Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contract documents, correspondence, and related information. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance or other related field. Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) credentials are preferred. 3 to 5 years' contract management experience, federal contracting preferred. Required Skills: Demonstrates a working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products with a demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail oriented – attention to detail is crucial in this role. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures with conformance to the prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions received from government entities, employees, managers, and clients. Strong Negotiation skills and an understanding of legal principles and contract law. Solid communication and analytical skills.
