The role will be on point to deliver key marketing materials, training content, and collateral over a 6-month period. The role focuses on creating and delivering content that will drive product adoption, support sales, and engage internal and external stakeholders. Key Deliverables Content Development Pricing Strategy Documentation: Develop detailed pricing strategy for the FluentStream products across both platforms, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing recommendations. Packaging Strategy: Create packaging options that align with product positioning and target audience needs. This includes bundling options, subscription models, and tiered offerings. Marketing Collateral: Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, data sheets, and product overviews. This collateral will be used across various channels to support sales and marketing initiatives for prospects and channel partners. Training Creation: Internal Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development. This will include training decks, guides, and recorded webinars. External Training Programs: Create training materials for external audiences, including customers, partners, and prospects. This may involve video tutorials, how-to guides, and interactive webinars to ensure successful product adoption and usage. Partner Enablement: Design partner enablement resources that help resellers and affiliates understand and promote the product effectively. This includes partner playbooks, training sessions, and certification programs. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Ensure that all content and training materials are consistent with brand messaging and positioning. Regularly review and update content to ensure it remains current and relevant as the product evolves. Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the materials produced. Qualifications Proven experience in product marketing (5 years+), preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Strong content development and writing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling marketing materials. Experience in creating and delivering training programs for both internal and external audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the SaaS, ideally VoIP, with the ability to quickly grasp complex product features and market dynamics. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with broader business goals. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools) to drive and measure campaign success. Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines. Agility and Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced environments with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Customer Focus: Deep empathy for customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into compelling product narratives and marketing strategies. Innovation Mindset: A creative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and propose innovative marketing approaches. BA, BS or equivalent experience. Compensation and Payment Terms Rate: To be determined based on contractor experience, delivery schedule, etc. Approximately $6,000 per month contingent upon the satisfactory completion of the deliverables to be outlined in the Scope of Work. Payment Schedule: Payments will be made monthly upon submission of an invoice and approval of completed deliverables. Expenses: Pre-approved expenses related to the project will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts.
