What you'll do Own end to end recruitment cycle for mid-senior level hiringWork closely with business leaders to manage expectations and business outcomesImplement interview processes, structure panel interviews, build out appropriate exercises, and briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS job profilesImplement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSSUtilize CSS tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize successOwn hiring manager relationshipsWhat we're looking for A minimum of 3 years recruiting in sales, operations or corporate hiring.World-class pitch, hustle resilience, and goal drivenMaster relationship builderSkilled negotiatorStrategic problem solverCustomer OrientedCollaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer's successWhat Else You Need To Know This is a 3-month contract role. With strong performance and continued business demand, there is potential for a full time role.
This role is based 5 days a week in our Bogota office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you're constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we're better as a team in-person. That's why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
