Nielsen Consumer is looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Contract Management Team in support of our NielsenIQ clients. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, high-performing team and the applicant will work directly with our North America Contract Management Team, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and Legal functions to manage contract flow, execution, archiving, and distribution of all licensing agreements for our customers. The position is high visibility as it is critical to revenue recognition. Associate will manage initial contract transition in the Microsoft Dynamics and Conga Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM). Responsibilities and Duties: Obtain document signature(s) and countersignature as required. Log, scan, verify, and deliver agreements for signature/countersignature along with support documentation, where applicable. Create PDFs of executed agreements, record entries to appropriate databases, and file in the document repositories. Document comparisons as requested. Provide copies of documents upon request to Sales and Legal. Draft "Service Purge Letters" as requested. Review, compare, obtain signatures, and file Third Party Agreements. Assist in facilitating Third Party process. Maintain Self Service document templates for assigned regions. Oversee the termination process by verifying the validity of requests, providing necessary forms to Sales for execution, and distributing required documentation to appropriate departments. Locate and provide all documents required for purposes of auditor requests. Effectively manage and prioritize assigned workload. Exercise judgment in handling exceptions to standard procedures. Elevate issues on an as-needed basis to manager for resolution. Special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or commensurate experience) in related field, preferred but not required. 0 - 1 years of prior business or customer experience. Demonstrate basic math skills. Superior organizational skills; detail-oriented, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to demonstrate professionalism in a high-pressure environment. Exhibit a strong interpersonal/teamwork disposition with group members and overall customer base. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, solving problems with a minimum of intervention from others. Excellent influencing skills to effectively (yet tactfully) uphold established practices and procedures. Strong problem-solving and communication (both oral and written) skills.
