Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging content that highlights our expertise in staffing and recruiting, with a special focus on hiring practices in Latin America.
The role involves crafting blog posts, articles, and other content forms to educate and inform our audience.
Key Responsibilities: Write 3 blog posts per week on topics related to staffing, recruiting, and human resources trends in Latin America.
Conduct interviews with industry experts to gather insights and create compelling narrative content.
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
Collaborate with Social Media Manager to repurpose content across platforms.  Requirements: Proven experience in content writing, particularly in the staffing or human resources industry.
Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to hiring in Latin America.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
