This position is responsible for leading the Content Insights function of the Strategy & Insights department for all Latin America. You will partner with the Director, Audience Insights and a team of Content Insights Coordinators and serve as an in-house consultant to the consumer-focused areas of the business (e.g., Programming, Marketing) and provide strategic recommendations to improve our audience performance across the region through the use of analytical tools, reports, and analyses. Qualifications: Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal); Portuguese is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, communication, data analytics, economics, management information systems, marketing, mathematics, media, or statistics, preferred. 5+ years of relevant research/insights experience required, media preferred including TV, cross-platform, agency or consumer research (content insights is a plus). 3+ years of managerial experience. 2+ years of experience supporting a TV network group preferred. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge in Data Visualization tools (such as Tableau and PowerBI).
