This is a remote position.
Job Highlights: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM NY, EST ( 9pm- 6am PHT) The Content, Video, Graphic Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing marketing content across all channels.
This will include designing and editing videos as well as creating graphics.
The ideal candidate will have strong video editing and graphic design skills.
Responsibilities: Content Creation: Record and edit audio and video for digital media.
Develop and curate high-quality social media content across various platforms (e.g.,Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc) that aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
Content Repurposing: Create fresh and engaging social media content by repurposing existing materials, such as blog posts, podcasts, and videos.
Content Calendar: Collaborate, plan and manage a consistent social media content calendar, ensuring timely publication and optimal engagement.
Analytics and Optimization: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze key trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategy.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support specific marketing goals.
Idea Generation: Generate new content ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to ensure alignment and coordination across marketing efforts.
Requirements Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong understanding of podcasting, coaching, ecommerce, social media design platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent writing and design skills.
Creative and innovative mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus.
