This is a remote position.
The Content Creator at Sell2Rent is responsible for producing and managing all digital content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
This includes designing visual assets, creating and editing videos, and writing compelling copy.
The role requires a creative professional who can execute content strategies that drive lead generation and engagement, working closely with the Lead Acquisition Specialist to ensure all content aligns with Sell2Rent's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Design: Develop and design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
Create and edit videos, including TikTok and YouTube content, that effectively communicate Sell2Rent's value proposition and engage potential leads.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and upload content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual style.
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
Campaign Asset Development: Design and produce all creative assets needed for marketing campaigns, including banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the Lead Acquisition Specialist to ensure content is aligned with campaign goals and optimized for lead generation.
Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for use across digital channels, focusing on storytelling and audience engagement.
Develop short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
Email Marketing Support: Design and create visually appealing email templates that align with Sell2Rent's brand guidelines.
Assist in writing engaging email copy that drives conversions and supports lead nurturing efforts.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Analyze the performance of content across all channels, using data-driven insights to optimize future content and improve engagement metrics.
Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation processes, automate tasks, and personalize content delivery.
Expected Goals: Produce high-quality content that drives lead generation and engagement across all digital channels.
Consistently grow Sell2Rent's social media presence through creative and strategic content.
Ensure all content aligns with Sell2Rent's brand identity and contributes to marketing objectives.
Collaborate effectively with the Lead Acquisition Specialist to support overall lead generation strategies.
Requirements Required Qualifications: Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Experience managing social media platforms, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.
Strong understanding of content strategy and how to optimize content for lead generation.
Excellent writing skills for creating engaging social media posts and email copy.
Preferred: Experience in the real estate or tech sectors.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and automation.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for content.
Soft Skills Required: Creativity: Ability to produce innovative and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring all content is polished, on-brand, and error-free.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills for working closely with the Lead Acquisition Specialist and other team members.
