This company operates nationally and is growing by the day. What you'll do We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Virtue Alliance! If you have a passion for social media and the skills to build and nurture an online community, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand's digital presence and driving our marketing efforts to new heights. Key responsibilities Execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with Virtue Alliance's marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), in collaboration with the design team. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, including engagement and reach. Coordinate the production of the Virtue Alliance podcast/webinars series, including scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing episodes. Work with the marketing team to develop podcast topics and scripts. Write and edit compelling content for blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with the marketing team members to develop and execute content marketing strategies. Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations. On-site event management, including set-up, coordination, and tear-down. Requirements Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Community Manager or a related role. Experience with podcast or webinars coordination is highly desirable. Experience with events coordination is highly desirable. Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with podcast production tools and platforms. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
