Technical Requirements: Experience managing clients and consulting projects focused on strategy, operational efficiency, and process automation. Successful implementation of project management methodologies and tools. Use of Office, especially Excel, at an advanced level. Knowledge of data management and analysis. Strong analytical skills and ability to address complex problems in a structured manner. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with multidisciplinary teams. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
