We are seeking a detail-oriented Concur Contracting Specialist to be part of our Global Concur Contracting Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Global Concur Contracting team supports Sales Executives globally (APJ, EMEA, Americas) with contract creation and validation tasks. Daily tasks: Create contracts based on standard templates for SAP Concur customers. Respond to contracting related inquiries from sales in a timely manner. Manage a variety of commercial contracts/requests in accordance with company policies and procedures. Identify and suggest resolutions for discrepancies or errors in contract data and documentation. Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders. Support projects aiming for process improvements, automation, and efficiency increase. File all Concur Order Forms into a legal holding folder. Manage and clear the Contracting queue daily. Support the Contracts validation process: Review and validate contract documents for accuracy. Some involvement in deal support/deal approval. Accommodate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end deadlines. Additional tasks as directed by Manager. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year experience with contract creation and review. Experience with Shared Service Centre and Center of Expertise organizations is preferred. Experience with Salesforce/SAP systems is a plus. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Advanced written and spoken English skills; German, French, Portuguese are a plus. Excellent communication skills. Strong team player with a proactive mindset. Customer-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Able to work effectively within a global team environment.
