We are looking for a passionate and experienced Junior Concierge to join our team in Cartagena. The selected candidate will be responsible for renting everything needed for the arrival of clients, making any required purchases for the clients, buying provisions for breakfasts, coordinating the cooks, and managing operational logistics in the field.
Responsibilities :
- Reservations : Manage bookings for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services requested by clients.
- Problem Solving : Address and resolve any complaints or issues clients may have during their stay.
- Purchases and Errands : Make purchases and run errands according to the clients' needs.
- Coordination of Internal Services :
Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate services such as housekeeping, maintenance, and catering, ensuring that clients' requests are efficiently fulfilled.
- Reports and Follow-up : Maintain a detailed record of clients' requests and the status of their fulfillment, ensuring that everything is in order.
Requirements :
- No prior experience required; we welcome individuals interested in starting their career in the industry.
- Languages : Advanced English (minimum B2).
