The Role For the Legal& Compliance Department, we are now looking for a Compliance & Sustainability Manager . Your role will include the following responsibilities: Oversee the compliance systems, including compliance to organizational, management, and control model under Legislative Decree 231/2001, anti-corruption management system and support the internal audit plan. Liaise with various internal departments to ensure data flow and compliance throughout the value chain. Contribute to the company's sustainability strategy, advising on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters: materiality analysis, drafting ofsustainability report, integrated risk overview analysis, value chain mapping. Support the legal function on business-related issues. Qualifications Degree in Law Approximately 5 years of experience in law firms, consulting firms, or corporate, with specific expertise in areas relevant to the job. Strong listening and collaboration skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics. Problem-solving oriented.
